Group under aegis of NATU Foundation, a non profit making organization has unveiled NATU platform which is aimed at promoting inclusive governance, provide unconditional interventions for women and children in conflict areas and the internal displaced persons (IDPs).
Speaking yesterday during the unveiling in Abuja, the founder and executive director, NATU Foundation, Desmond Joyce said Nation Building and Equity has always been her priority and so the organization stand for nation building where peace, justice and equality reigns.
She said that Natu Foundation focuses on a unique objective ranging from youths and women in politics, electoral reforms, human rights, education through advocacy and managements aimed towards development.
“To support, scrutinize and encourage strengthening of government institutions through advocacy initiatives.
“To engage with primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in instilling patriotic consciousness of students as active nation building players through our citizen literacy project.
“Engaging youths and women in the political process and mobilizing financial resources to support the political aspirations of credible and proven youths and women to foster and encourage inclusive governance,” she stated.
The well attended event had in attendance national figures such as Dr. Sam Amadi, Prof Udenta Udenta, Ariyo Dare.
Natu Foundation is exist to galvanize youths towards national development.
